Here at TerraBlu, we are always looking for new ways to celebrate some of our clients' passions and hobbies. Many of our clients in Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge are at their happiest when in their garden, so during May we ran a competition called TerraBLOOM which celebrated the hard work and efforts of our green-fingered clients. Our version of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show!
In case you missed it…
With inspiration from the annual RHS Chelsea Flower Show, Laura, one of our wonderful team of carers, came up with the fabulous idea to highlight the talent of our clients who enjoy a spot of gardening. TerraBLOOM was our way to share the spring and summer blooms nurtured by our amazing clients, who avidly bring their own bit of ‘Chelsea’ to their homes. As part of the campaign, we took photographs of our client’s beautiful gardens or flowers pots and shared them on our social media channels. The top three gardens would then be selected by the TerraBlu team to receive gold, silver and bronze certificates, exactly like the Chelsea Flower Show contestants!
The time has come to announce the winners!
Our clients have really enjoyed taking part and over the last two months our social media has been filled with photographs of beautiful gardens, well-stocked borders and flower-filled planters. But now the time has finally come to announce the winners. Our champion gardeners are as follows:
Bronze winner: Diana
Silver winner: Annette
Gold winner: Veronica

Well done to all our clients who showed such enthusiasm for our TerraBLOOM competition. They created beautiful flowerbeds full of vibrant shrubs and colourful climbers and bountiful pots that would put any expert gardener to shame! We are so glad that our TerraBLOOM competition was a success! Our clients and carers enjoyed the new initiative so much that we will be doing it all again next year.
