A thank you to our Care Heroes
No one day is quite the same at TerraBlu and sometimes our team must give that bit more to meet clients’ needs or help in a time of emergency. So, Netta Sceal, found a special gift to remind our carers of all the good work they do.
Everyone received keyring which had the message; ‘May you be proud of the work you do, and the person you are, and the difference you make.’
“We are handing out these keyrings letting our staff know that they are doing a great job and to say thank you, as we are proud of their hard work and the kindness they show.” Says Netta.
Celebrating our staff’s success
We are also pleased to announce that Netta passed her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care in July this year despite having to complete it during the challenging times of the pandemic. “We are extremely proud of her achievement and the support that she gives me and the rest of the company as a Deputy Care Manager” Julia, Care Manager explained.
Ellie recently completed her Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care (England) and has been working for two years as a Senior Care Co-ordinator working up from a Support Worker role. “It has been a delight watching Ellie progress in her career at TerraBlu over the years, we can’t wait to see what the future holds for her.” Says Richard Gould, Managing Director.
Here at TerraBlu we are passionate about recognizing and appreciating the achievements of our team. Thank you again to our staff for all the hard work and kindness and human touch you bring to your roles.
