Our online communication system allows you and your family to manage every aspect of your care from the comfort of your home. Specially designed for the unique services we offer, TerraBlu Online gives you round the clock, secure access to your home care programme, your accounts and our Care Co-ordinator’s direct messaging service.
TerraBlu Online
TerraBlu Online is easy to use and safe to access. Once your home care programme is set up on our system you can request to join the service. We then give you a unique username that is easy for you and your family to remember and a temporary password that allows you to go online and change it to a password that is personal to you.
Visits Calendar
You will be able to see the time of your next appointment, which member of staff will be calling on you and any special information relating to that visit.
Accounts
At a glance you can see how much you have spent with us and your current account status. If you have any queries you will be able to send an instant message and our administrative team will contact you as soon as our office opens.
Changes to care
If you would like to request any changes to your care, whether it is to alter your visiting time, tell us about changes in your medication or request additional services, you can send an immediate message to our Care Coordinator’s direct messaging service.
Messages from TerraBlu Home Care
We will contact you if there are any planned changes to your visit, if we have updates on our care at home service or if there is a special event coming up that we think you might be interested in.
