In house training

Our training programme is designed to ensure we remain one of the highest quality home care employers in the region. Induction and mandatory training is carried out by our qualified trainers and delivered in our office training suite to suit the flexible working hours of our staff. Evidence of training to a recognised level is always considered before an individual training plan is developed.

A valued member of our team

After a comprehensive training and induction programme you join our company training plan where you will be encouraged to develop your skills on a personal and professional level. Your input is important to us and our regular team meetings and social events mean you very quickly become an integral and valued member of our community.

Our care academy

At the end of your first year, you become eligible to attend our Care Academy. Part reward and part professional/personal development, our unique Care Academy is held in a sunny location in Europe and offers a number of workshops around wider social care issues, career development and customer service. In the evenings, there is chance to relax and enjoy a number of social events.
