TerraBlu Home Care was founded by Richard Gould in 2002 to offer the best possible local home care in and around Sevenoaks, Hildenborough, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Paddock Wood, East Peckham and Crowborough.

Our quality of care is assured

We are proud of the level of care we offer and our dedicated management team and support staff work hard to ensure TerraBlu maintains its high standards. In 2008, we were awarded three-star status, the highest level, representing excellent quality, by The Commission for Social Care.

Working in partnership

We have established a special partnership with Age UK so that you can access Age UK facilities and services seamlessly – from helping you to manage jobs around the home and maintaining your garden to keeping on top of bills and paperwork. TerraBlu Home Care is also an approved provider to Kent County Council and was the winner of the Innovation prize in the 2009 West Kent Business Awards. Special mention was made of the company's initiatives in empowering staff to deliver a superb service.

Compliments, complaints and comments

We believe in celebrating when you are delighted with our care and listening carefully when you feel there is room for improvement. We actively encourage your feedback through our forum and annual survey and regularly publish information on your views as well as statistics on the level of our care and support services.
