STAFF Social Events

On paper TerraBlu may be a company but it is in the business of ‘caring’ for its people – both clients and employees. Anyone connected with the company is considered part of a TerraBlu community with the onus on consideration and support.

As well as client events, the company holds social events for staff and their families. These events include the annual Bowling Competition – 2009 winners being the Tunbridge Wells and Pembury team – and the Father Christmas tea party for staff children. At the end of the year, all staff are invited to attend a team Christmas Lunch with colleagues.
